Jennifer is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the visionary founder of Aquarius Performance & Wellness, a premier wellness practice dedicated to optimizing health and enhancing longevity. With a double board certification in both Family practice and Acute care medicine she mainly specializes in cutting-edge longevity treatments designed to promote vitality and overall well-being.Passionate about evidence-based, holistic healthcare, Jennifer integrates advanced medical therapies, including hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, weight management treatments and personalized wellness plans. Jessie Fisher is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Direct Primary Care, preventive medicine, metabolic health, and hormone optimization. With a background in critical care and family medicine, she believes healthcare should be proactive, accessible, and personalized. Through Aquarius Direct Primary Care, Jessie partners with patients to improve energy, optimize health, prevent chronic disease, and support long-term wellness through comprehensive, relationship-based care. Jessie focuses on prevention, patient education, and evidence-based medicine while creating individualized care plans that support long-term wellness, vitality, and healthy aging. Jessie has 18 years of nursing experience.

Tracey Jacob, MSN, FNP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner | Weight Management & Hormone Optimization

With over 15 years of nursing experience, Tracey Choquette is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal wellness. Since joining Aquarius in 2022, she has specialized in hormone therapy and weight loss, guiding individuals toward sustainable health solutions. Her approach integrates science-backed treatments with a deep commitment to patient education and empowerment.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys traveling to explore new places and cherishes time spent with her family. She believes that true wellness is a lifelong journey and is passionate about supporting her patients every step of the way.

Trish Maxam, APRN, FNP-BC, RNFA

Orthopedic & Regenerative Medicine

Trish is a highly skilled, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialized focus on orthopedics, regenerative medicine, and joint injections. Drawing on a robust clinical background that includes assisting surgeons in the operating room, Trish takes a distinct body-first approach to injury recovery. She is a strong advocate for exhausting non-invasive and non-traditional modalities before considering surgery, believing firmly in the body’s innate power to heal itself.

Over the past seven years, Trish has successfully performed hundreds of joint and tendon injections. Her primary expertise lies in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies and targeted joint injections for the hands, shoulders, knees, and elbows, providing effective relief for degenerative joint diseases, arthritis, and tendinitis. Dedicated to thorough orthopedic evaluations, Trish focuses on creating customized treatment plans that reduce pain and promote lasting healing. Allegro, Lead RN

As a dedicated Registered Nurse at Aquarius Performance and Wellness, Allegro is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health through preventive care, wellness, and longevity-focused treatments. With nine years of emergency nursing experience and four years specializing in performance and wellness medicine, Allegro brings a strong clinical foundation and a patient-centered approach to every interaction.

With more than 10 years of experience in IV therapy and vascular access, Allegro provides safe, efficient, and comfortable treatments tailored to each patient's individual needs. She believes personalized care is the foundation of lasting health outcomes and is committed to empowering patients to take an active role in their wellness journey.

Allegro's goal is to help patients feel their best, optimize their health, and support long-term vitality through evidence-based, individualized care.

Bringing 28 years of nursing experience, Melissa Carmody has dedicated her career to critical care, education, and management. She holds a Master’s in Nursing and currently specializes in Occupational Health, ensuring workplace wellness and safety. Since joining Aquarius Performance & Wellness in 2023, she has been committed to helping patients optimize their health through expert care and education.

When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family. She also loves soaking up the sunshine and embracing the outdoors whenever possible.

Emergency Medicine Nurse | Mobile IV & Concierge Wellness

Jacintha DeVillier is a highly skilled nurse specializing in emergency medicine, bringing a wealth of expertise and compassionate care to Aquarius Performance & Wellness. As part of the mobile IV and concierge wellness team, she is dedicated to providing high-quality, convenient health services to patients wherever they are.

Outside of work, Jacintha loves traveling, spending time with friends and family, and unwinding in Cape Cod.

Nichole, LPN

Vascular Access Specialist | IV Therapy Expert | Mobile IV & Concierge Wellness

With over 25 years of nursing experience, Nichole Hanson is a highly skilled LPN specializing in vascular access. Having worked on a dedicated Vascular Access Service team for many years, she brings expert-level precision to IV therapy and infusion treatments. Nichole has always been passionate about a natural approach to health and wellness, which is why she has been part of Aquarius Performance & Wellness since inception. She believes in empowering individuals to make informed choices about their well-being and is dedicated to helping clients restore balance and optimize their health.

In her free time, she loves escaping into a great book, hiking scenic trails, and spending quality time with her family.

Laura, RN

Emergency Medicine Nurse | IV Therapy Specialist | Mobile IV & Concierge Wellness

Laura is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of nursing experience, primarily focused on Emergency Medicine. She truly values the quick decision making and use of critical thinking skills that has been acquired since she began her nursing career in the Emergency Room. She also spent a handful of years working in the Neonatal ICU, providing specialized care to the one of the most vulnerable populations. Laura quickly realized that within the nursing field as a whole, she was not only caring for just her patients, but their families, too.

At Aquarius Performance and Wellness, Laura combines her clinical expertise with a compassionate, personalized approach to care, helping patients achieve their wellness goals with confidence. She is focused on empowering men and women to take an active role in their health and wellness journeys. Laura is excited to be a part of a team who values the importance of forming genuine connections with our patients from the minute they walk through our doors.

Outside of work, family and friends mean everything to her. Laura enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two young children. She loves weekend adventures, soft serve dates, and making memories with family trips to Rhode Island!

Julie, MA, Practice Manager

With over 24 years of healthcare experience, Julie brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership, and compassion to her role as Practice Manager at Aquarius.

Her healthcare career includes 12 years with the American Red Cross as a Phlebotomist specializing in apheresis and platelet donations, 10 years as an Emergency Department Technician at Mercy Medical Center, and experience as an Endoscopy Technician.

As a member of the Aquarius team since its inception, Julie plays a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and support. Her dedication, attention to detail, and patient-centered approach help create a welcoming and positive experience for all.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her daughter, staying active through fitness, and enjoying the outdoors.  

Rachael, BSN RN VA-BC

IV Therapy Specialist | Mobile IV & Concierge Wellness

With a diverse nursing background spanning cardiac care, emergency medicine, and vascular access, Rachael has built a career dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in both high-acuity and specialized settings. She currently specializes in IV therapy, including PICC line placement and central line management, and is board certified in vascular access. Her clinical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to patient outcomes have made her a trusted resource for both patients and colleagues.

Outside of nursing, Rachael is most at home in the outdoors. Whether she's fishing, mountain biking, camping, or exploring new trails, she rarely ventures out without her dog by her side. Winter is her favorite season, and you'll most often find her on the ski slopes pursuing her passion for skiing. She also supports her partner in operating Competitive Edge Ski & Bike Shop, combining her love for the outdoors with her commitment to the local outdoor community.

Alicia, Front Desk Receptionist

As the Front Desk Receptionist at Aquarius Performance and Wellness, Alicia is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every patient and visitor who walks through the door.

Before joining the team, Alicia worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, where she developed a passion for helping children and families navigate their healthcare journeys with compassion and care.

As a mother of two, Alicia chose to transition from clinical practice into a role that allows her to spend more time with her family while continuing to serve in the healthcare field. Her background in patient care provides a unique perspective and reinforces her commitment to delivering attentive, compassionate service to every individual she meets.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle and spending quality time with her family. She is proud to be part of a team dedicated to supporting the health, wellness, and well-being of the community.
